Primary responsibilities
Prevent and deter unauthorised access to site.
Gate House duties.
Patrolling.
Signing In/Out Deliveries
Provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors whilst ensuring safeguarding of the premises.
Reliable timekeeping and attendance.
Able to follow documented procedures.
Good observation skills.
Awareness of Health & Safety risks.
Work as a team member supporting colleagues.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Display an outstanding level of customer service.
Undertake any other duties as requested by Management.
Skills/Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Front line Security Guarding or Door Supervision Licence with experience in a security
5-year checkable history
Hold a valid passport/work permit
Have excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Able to deal with clients and their customers by showing professional behaviour on site at all times,
Able to follow instructions whilst staying calm in a highly pressured environment.
Able to report to emergency services and control room when required.
