The Role of the Starbucks Shift Supervisor is to lead the Barista team during scheduled shifts and to support the cinema management team in running the Starbucks store. You will deploy the team and delegate tasks so that the Starbucks experience is created and maintained for our customers. You will act as an ambassador for the guiding principles of Starbucks and Cineworld.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Engaging and connecting with customers ensuring your actions display the culture, mission and values of Starbucks through a hands-on, positive example
- Planning and executing all in store promotions, facilities, payroll costs, stock ordering and reporting processes are followed through effective monitoring and coaching whilst on shift.
