We have a great opportunity for a Standards Compliance Officer to join our ever-growing organisation. Due to organisation growth, this new position will play a crucial role in supporting the Standards Compliance Manager to ensure compliance required SHEQ standards and accreditations across all Group entities.

It is not essential that you have experience within this field, providing you have exemplary attention to detail, an analytical way of thinking and excellent interpersonal skills.
This is a home based role with travel as required to our multiple UK offices. Due to ease of access, we are looking for someone to be based in either near Suffolk, Coventry or London.
Responsibilities will include -
· Assist with the preparation and the internal management of ongoing assessments by our Registration/Certification bodies
· Update and maintain documentation on various portals
· Undertake audits of policies and procedures
· Monitor corrective actions in the audit system, and analyse results, trends, root causes and areas for improvement
· Cover the maintenance of our integrated management system (IMS)
· Contribute to the development of the IMS, ensuring it meets the needs of the Group and compiles with various legislations
· Coordinate and prepare data for Committee meetings

· Confident in Microsoft Office applications
· Experience of working in a complex business would be beneficial
· Excellent communicator who can build relationships at all levels

· Driver’s license
