At TJX, the mission of the Global Compliance and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Organization is to enable TJX’s ”license to operate” via solutions that pioneer ESG responsibility, diligent regulatory adherence and risk management. We are embarking on a multiyear journey to invest, develop, implement solutions, and deliver value that will support our Legal, Compliance, ESG, Investor relations and Risk Management global business partners.
As Staff Product Owner, you will partner directly with product management, Engineering, business sponsors, and Business stakeholders to intake, analyze and define solutions that meets the product vision and business objectives. Along the way you will support the product lifecycle, drive roadmap & backlog management, and support agile delivery aligned with IT and Business strategy. You will work in a fast-paced environment which will present you with opportunities to think creatively, take initiative and grow as a leader.
Key Skills
Responsible for product lifecycle management, backlog management / prioritization and business case development- Lead Product Owner experience who has expereince working at Epics,Feature level.
- Responsible for practicing consultative partnership to analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities to apply solutions to business problems
- Responsible for analyzing sophisticated cross-functional business processes and defining integrated features
- Responsible for crafting and delivering the Product roadmap, partnering with Business Stakeholders, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment to Business Strategies, Technical Roadmaps, and Architectural standards
- Responsible for generating business value work with the portfolio layer, including experience in working with POs to ensure that work cascades to the team level
- Responsible for mentoring and developing a team of skilled and engaged product owners at various levels of seniority
What you’ll need
To begin your career with us, we require the following:
- Strong and relevant experience in an agile delivery framework, strategy Product Owner role
- Proven success working a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of measurable business impact
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and mentorship skills
- Practiced consultative partnership with customers, with the ability to translate functional needs into requirements that drive value
- Hands on experience participating in and leading SAFe events, such as sprint planning, release planning, and PI planning
- Strong working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks
