Lincoln ED are looking for registered nurses to join our dynamic and ever expanding team. If you are passionate about emergency care and have a desire to work in an Emergency Department- we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include: triaging patients (training provided) undertaking nursing assessments, delivering critical treatments in a timely manner, carrying out investigations such as venepuncture and cannulation (extra training can be provided should you not have these skills), intentional rounding and assisting patients with their nutritional needs.
We want all staff to be able to confidently and calmly deliver high quality and safe care to those visiting our Emergency Department.
We are looking for Band 5 registrants to join a team of hard-working nurses who can deliver care of a high standard across all streams within the emergency department. The Emergency department sees 58,000 new patients each year and provide a demanding and challenging environment in which to work.
Duties for this post will include clinical duties such as assessing, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care and supporting colleagues in providing care provision.
Working with and leading the multi-disciplinary team, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to motivate and manage, adapting to rapidly changing situations.
