An exciting opportunity has arisen within Forth Valley Royal Hospital for a kind, caring, hard working, and flexible and motivated Registered Nurses to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the assessment of patient’s needs and the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient centred care while supporting clinical care standards within the ward environment. This will ensure that Quality Standards and Key Performance Indicators are fully met.
You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team and have the ability to promote high quality person centred care, with a genuine interest in acute surgical and colorectal surgery. You must have a willingness and appetite for life-long learning to develop and enhance your own personal and professional development and contribute to the professional development of others within your area. You will be expected to work a flexible work pattern which includes days, night, weekend and public holiday rotation. A minimum of 6 months post registration experience would be advantageous.
