Microsoft Certification (Teams Administrator/Teams Voice Engineer)
Ideally CCIE Collaboration, however CCNP Collaboration will be considered
Ability to establish and maintain a client trust and confidence.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Self-sufficient, can own an issue and work on it till completion.
Basic knowledge of the financial services industry.

Advanced knowledge of Session Border Controllers (Cisco Cube/Audiocodes) and SIP Trunking
M365 and Modern Workplace technologies
Advanced knowledge of Cisco Call Manager & Cisco Jabber
Advanced knowledge of Cisco Meeting Server
Advanced knowledge of Cisco Expressway/VCS
Advanced knowledge of Cisco Endpoints
Advanced knowledge of Cisco WebEx Teams (fka Cisco Spark)
Advanced knowledge of IPTV Streaming/Multicasting
Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting tools (WireShark etc)
Knowledge of H.323 & SIP Protocols
Knowledge of NAT & Firewall Traversal
Knowledge of VMware architecture
Knowledge of Microsoft Server environment (2008, 2012, 2016)
Knowledge of Citrix VDI environment
Knowledge of MAC OSX environment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment (Windows 10)
