The Development team within the AIML organization is responsible for the development of AIML applications to support the development of GSK’s assets (Pharma and Vaccine) from early development to later stage. This aligns with GSK’ AIML strategy of “software for every asset”. The Development team also engages with the commercial organization to ensure that AIML tools that would be advantageous to commercial plans are developed along side the development solutions. Traditionally these have been developed post phase 3, or later in development, and as a result have required additional vendors, data purchase etc. By having a wholistic view AIML can ensure that these models are build ahead of time and validated using the clinical development data.
The Senior Director of Product: AIML Development will report to the UK VP for AIML. (Development) and will be responsible for the identification, product definitions, impact ranking, and engaging with the appropriate teams with AIML to assist in development and production of the solution. The Senior director will work closely with the VP AIML Development to ensure products are developed to scope, and will engage with partner organizations such as VP AIML Ethics and Policy, Onyx to define appropriate development and data plans. The role will act as the single interface for the Development organization to AIML for all pharma and vaccines work.
Why you?

- The solutions for the commercial organization tend to be for sales, or physician consumers. A required expert in both these areas with a proven track record of delivery is needed.
