About the role:
We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databases as well as writing and optimizing SQL queries. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of database design principles and be able to troubleshoot and optimize existing databases. The successful candidate should also have experience with database security, backups, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities & Qualification:
- Design and develop database schemas and stored procedures.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract data from databases.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing SQL queries.
- Develop and maintain database scripts for data migration and transformation.
- Design, develop, and test database objects such as tables, views, triggers, stored procedures, functions, and indexes.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries for improved performance.
- Must have experience working with AWS Athena
- Use AWS Athena to visualize data in dashboard for business intelligence application
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
