Job description
The role is a sports coach and entertainment to local care home residents.
Bluecare Wellbeing also work in Prisons and Hospitals.
You will need to be enthusiastic about sport and have a good fun engaging personality. Bluecare Wellbeing want the carehomes etc to buy into you, like you and want regular lesssons because they like your energy and personality.
A sports background would help and a passion for sport.
Training will be given by a professional sports coach at our office in Beckenham Kent, but you must deliver a fun safe well structured sports lesson thereafter.
Sport is very good for mental health and wellbeing.
The Sales Manager will find you placements, but you might need to assist in growing your hours also. The care homes etc will be near to where you live. Bluecare Wellbeing have contracts with many PLC and large companies. You will offer a 15min trial to build programthen engage with them to join weekly, fortunightly, monthly program.
Bluecare Wellbeing are loooking for people in London mainly. However we would consider other areas if you are the right candidate.
The nice thing about this job is you choose when you want to work. You pick the day or days and the times, so its flexible.
The care homes operational times for Bluecare Wellbeing are 10.30am to 1pm approx and 2.30 to 4.30pm approx.
To travel to these care homes etc you can either walk, take the bus ,scooter, motorbike or car. We request that you extend you scooter, motorbike or car to include business use. you can put the sports equipment over your shoulder/back pack.
Bluecare Wellbeing will provide you with sports equipment pack of which will rotate every 30/60 days to keep things new and fresh. You will need a small sotrage area to store sports equipment.
Covid 19 still proves a problem for the care homes and therefore we must respect there operating procedures in place. If you test positive for covid 19 the lesson must be cancelled.
Bluecare Wellbeing Ltd is a established and professional company, with a good management structure, sales manager and online/website consultants ,accounts person, welfare officer. We have insurance in place and are regulated business.
