Part-Time, Permanent
£10.10 per hour (£18,777 per annum, pro rata)
Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a small but close-knit team? We are looking for a friendly, positive, and vibrant multitasker to join our Sports Attendant teams at various schools’ facilities across Edinburgh.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service by engaging our customers and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
- Preparing and setting up our venues and equipment for events and customer use while keeping everything clean, tidy, safe, and presentable.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure bookings are managed in an efficient and effective way in line with our standards, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.
No previous experience is required as full training is provided, but ideal candidates will be:
- Customer-focused, enthusiastic individuals with strong organizational skills.
- Great listeners with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to a varied customer base.
- Decisive, fair, and consistent problem-solvers, able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.

Opportunities available are part-time shifts and include evening and weekend work:
- Sports attendant - Forester High School – 19 hours a week
- Sports attendant - Currie Community High School – 3.75 hours a week
- Sports attendant - James Gillespie's High School – 16.75 hours a week
- Wet Leisure Attendant - Queensferry High School – 23.75 hours a week (NPLQ required)
- Wet Leisure Attendant - Balerno High School – 14.5 hours a week (NPLQ required)
