Salary: Grade 3, FTE £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, Term Time only plus 10 days
Required from 17 April 2023
If you are an experienced and organised administrator with an interest in sport, this is an exciting opportunity to further your experience within a leading girls’ independent school.
This key role provides administrative support in the day-to-day running of the Sports Department, across both the Junior and Senior schools. Assisting the Director of Sport, you’ll support in organising fixtures and events, liaise with the Marketing Department to communicate the department’s and individual sporting triumphs and carry out general admin tasks such as photocopying, raising purchase orders and producing documentation for sporting events.
If you have strong IT skills, can communicate effectively and work well as part of a team, while managing your time to work to deadlines, we would love to hear from you.
