Specialist Support Worker
Due to continuous growth we are looking for highly professional people. Salary: £10.42-£11.00 per hour (based on 40 hours and 2 sleeps per week). We are open to flexible working and 4-day week.

The role requires you to develop specialist understanding and skills. You will need to be a good listener and have the ability to develop active listening and counselling skills. We use specialist interventions such a Sensory Circuits and we expect our staff to apply learning and understanding to their job role and the support of specific conditions.
We have always involved the people who use our services in the day to day running of our business. Coproduction is essential and wherever possible we should draw on the experiences of our client group to develop the best policies and practices.

What we require from our Support Workers:
- Commitment to being a Team Player.
- Ability to complete sleep in shifts (usually running 10pm – 8am)
- Willingness to take part in the specialist training we provide
- The desire to strive for the best possible care for the people we support.
A driving licence and vehicle to use will be advantages and salary offers will reflect this. Drivers using their own vehicles will attract a higher rate of pay.
Previous care experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
