An opportunity has arisen for a physiotherapist to work within an interdisciplinary Community Rehabilitation Team providing rehabilitation for patients in their own home. The post involves working as part of the multi-disciplinary team, and independently, carrying out comprehensive physiotherapy assessment,care planning, treatment and review. The postholder will require excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with patient, carers, team members and other agencies. Experience in Adult Rehabilitation, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Medicine or Care of the Elderly Specialties is desired. Car driver essential and Community Experience would be beneficial.
