Job description
Oxford Health's Buckinghamshire Mental Health Directorate is working in collaboration with Buckinghamshire's Primary Care Networks (PCN) to develop and implement improved access to specialist mental health care and treatment within primary care services. Focusing on bridging the gap between primary and secondary care Mental Health services for individuals with complex and severe mental illness .
The service is designed to empower patients 18years+ to access specialistmental health support locally, within their GP Surgeries in a timely manner.
We are looking for autonomous, driven, and confident Occupational Therapy practitioner(s) who pride themselves on delivering a high-quality holistic approach for patients needing mental health support. This is an opportunity for someone to develop their career and skill across a highly innovative and transformative service with scope to influence Occupational Therapy service innovation and delivery within Primary Care
