ROLE SUMMARY
An important role in the Professional Development (PD) team; ensuring smooth execution, coordination and delivery of the Consulting staff professional development review and Upward Feedback cycles, and run other activities associated within the area of PD, working closely with the rest of the PD team. Focusing on:
- Key point of contact in the London office for Human Capital PD, case start up and end process and professional development review tracking
- Organisation and logistics surrounding Consulting Staff review cycles
- Managing the Upward Feedback cycle for senior consulting staff
- Ensuring the smooth execution of Professional Development and Upward Feedback cycles
- Establishing the team brand as a centre of excellence for the business
- Working with Supervisor on continuous improvement work, to streamline processes through redesiging and refining exisiting processes
- Working with Supervisor to work on initiatives, supporting the change agenda within London’s Talent Team
- Designing, developing, implementing a data driven approach to the regular reporting of Reviews and Upward Feedback key metrics/ KPIs
- Other HRPD activities
MANAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT REVIEW PROCESS
- Executing on case start up and exit review logistics
- Timely quality control reviews submitted to HCPD system
- Optimising for timeliness and quality of reviews
- Monitoring case exit reviews for specific individuals e.g. those with performance concerns, individuals near to promotion points etc. liaise with the PD team as necessary
- Facilitating timely delivery of case exits and professional development reviews
- Identifing and communicating review responsibilities including the timetable and logistics for the review cycle
- Coordinating professional development review logistics
- Maintaining overall database compiling current and historic performance data on individuals
- Identifying and proactively flagging roadblacks early to allow for wider team interventions
- Executing on Upward Feedback cycle for senior consulting staff including the timetable, logistics and communications to the office
- Monitoring both weekly and quarterly review metrics, sharing insights on performance and escalating for interventions where required
- Supporting the ongoing design, developmet and implementation of data driven approachs to the regular reporting of Reviews and Upward Feedback key metrics/ KPIs
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in key PD processes e.g automation using RPA, Excel models, UB mitigation
- Working with members of the PD team to identify potential solutions, and devise and implement plans to improve processes and drive timely and quality reviews
- Driving execution of continuous improvement work to streamline processes through redesiging and refining exisiting processes
- Tracking, monitoring and managing comms around review fines, escalating to the M/P PD Programme Manager or CTO as necessary
- Managing the execution of weekly review statistics and refine as needed
- Ensuring appropriate materials are created/ training provided on review completion and delivery
- Other ad-hoc HR/PD projects

Standard office hours are 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday although flexibility is essential, especially at peak times.
