WHAT TO EXPECT This position represents an exciting opportunity to join the Vehicle Programmes function and become a key part of the team to drive business excellence across all areas. Reporting directly to the Business Performance and Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the prioritisation, investigation and management of key strategic and operational projects, processes and tasks, ensuring their successful delivery. Projects will vary in nature, therefore a broad experience, strategic and commercial understanding is required. With business wide exposure, you will take the lead in facilitating the readiness of chapter capabilities to ensure efficient delivery of commitments made in the Annual Business Review within Refocus 2.0. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Understand the importance and impact of each Special Project to ensure effective prioritisation and efficient on time delivery. Coordinate, develop, and deliver operational processes on the behalf of Vehicle Programmes to ensure the team has the capability to meet strategic objectives. Coordinate, develop, and deliver operational processes to support efficient delivery of Special Projects Manage relationships with key stakeholders, developing positive relationships, ensuring that service and process objectives are agreed. Act as conduit for information requests from different parts of the business including responding to requests for status updates and reporting, relating specifically to Special Projects. Undertake any other additional work as directed by the Business Performance and Operations Director in connection with their job as may be requested. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Essential: Experience operating in a fast-paced demanding environment. Successful at achieving results and making an impact. Enthusiasm, drive and exceptionally strong leadership and teamwork skills. Highly autonomous and comfortable with ambiguity Well organised and able to prioritise. Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex situations. Experience of collaboration and cross functional team working Strong MS Office suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel and experience of Google tools Excellent stakeholder management skills SO WHY US?
