We are excited to be seeking an experienced and talented Special Ops/EA to provide first-class support to our Chief People Officer (CPO) and contribute to the overall success of our organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring that the CPO's time is spent efficiently, allowing them to focus on their important work while minimising administrative and organisational tasks! You'll also be able to help the Internal Communication Manager by sourcing stories, assisting with communication organisation and other tasks to deliver on our internal comms agenda. As and when, you will be asked to help other senior leaders in the office, for example, support with organising large meetings or off-sites.

As a Special Ops/EA, you'll work closely with the Leadership team and have the opportunity to take ownership of your work in both the People Chapter and Comms functions, building new skills and gaining valuable experience. What you'll be doing

    • Calendar, travel, meeting management and general organisation for the CPO
    • Events & project support ad hoc for other senior leaders
    • Support with the management of projects that our CPO is working on
    • Tasks in support of the Communications Manager, such as sourcing and writing stories, coordinating videos and events
    • Support for the CPO in company-wide and leadership presentations and documentation via Notion and powerpoint
    • Organise quarterly off-sites for our Leadership team

Ticket to Play

    • Outstanding creative PowerPoint skills
    • Experience working with Notion or similar collaboration tool
    • Generally tech savvy and willing to learn new tools
    • Excellent communication skills including written English
    • Ability to work with and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including the most senior leaders in the company
    • Ability to break down, structure and run work as mini-projects, ensuring no deadlines are missed, and the role holder is proactively managing progress
    • Olympic level organisation skills
    • Ability to deal with changes at a quick pace
