Your Tasks
Based in Warwick, working under a hybryd home/ office arrangement with occasional site visits as required, you will become part of our Service and Spares team reporting to the Spare Parts Team Leader.
You will be responsible for coordinating the supply of spares to internal / external customers and for assisting with the development of new markets for spares sales.
You will be responsible for coordinating export logistics associated with equipment deliveries in the UK and Overseas.
Additionally you will be responsible for operating and controlling our stores area including day-to-day management of all incoming and outgoing goods. Your Skills
You will have previous administration experience from within a fast moving customer service environment.
You will have experience of selling spare parts to customers, ideally from within an Engineering environment.
You will have experience of handling customer enquiries, processing orders, queries and complaints over various correspondence platforms.
You will have a high degree of computer literacy and the ability to use MS office applications.
Previous experience of using SAP is preferred.
You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with the customer at all levels and build productive working relationships with all internal/external customers.
You will be self motivated and have the ability to prioritise and plan workloads and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
You will need to have a flexible approach and be able to work independently and within a team.
