An exciting opportunity has come up to join our award winning Verbena Spa in the beautiful location of Helmsley, North Yorkshire, who thrive on delivering the best customer service experience to all its guests on every occasion. If you are driven with a high level of skill, attention to detail and customer service and we would love to hear from you!
The spa reservationist will be the first point of call for our guests by taking the initial reservation and creating the highest level of customer service that will leave a positive impression of the Verbena Spa.
The role will included:
- Taking all spa reservations
- Looking after our online booking system
- Answering email enquiries
- Diary Management
- Helping our Spa Hosts if and when needed
Full training will be provided.
About you:
- Be a reliable and hardworking team player
- Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proven track record in a similar role is essential, to include cash handling
- Well presented
- Positive and a can do attitude
- Have good communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- You will have your own transport (as this venue is in a remote location)
