About the Role
Our Award-winning Kohler Waters Spa team are at the hub of our business and have a new opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join them on a casual basis. The Spa Receptionist will be first point of contact for all guests entering the Spa therefore they will offer the highest possible services, ensuring all guests have a memorable and magical experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service to all members and guests from the moment they walk through the door
Scheduling appointments via telephone and email
Sending out letters and gift certificates
Corresponding with Sales and Reservations Teams
Sharing information and knowledge of all treatments, facilities and products within the Spa
Providing an orientation for all guests visiting our Spa
About You
You will be an enthusiastic, friendly, and welcoming individual who prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication, administration and organizational skills are essential for this role along with the ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team. Ideally, you will have front of house experience however, this isn’t essential as full training will be provided.
Salary
This is a casual opportunity with an element of weekend working. Our flexible shift pattern is based on the following shifts –
Early: 06:00 am to 14:30 pm Mid: 09:30 am to 18:00 pm Late: 12:30 pm to 21:00 pm.
A competitive hourly rate from £10.17 to £11.79 per hour is offered, along with a vast range of employee benefits.
