Experienced Sous Chef looking to work in a Private Catering company in South London please get in touch.
A great vacancy for an experienced HC, ideally with a background working in a Contract Catering is required to start as soon as possible until July (Potentially onwards).
Shift timings would be approximately 6:30am-2:30pm Monday to Friday.
Duties
· Cooking (Breakfast, Lunch, Home bakes and snacks)
· Catering for approximately 500-600 covers for breakfast, mid-morning break and lunch sittings.
The team in place at the site are competent and aware of their responsibilities but will require leadership and support with someone who has experience doing so and confident enough to do so.
Rate
£18 Per hour
Prerequisites
DBS – Mandatory (Enhanced
Full Rights to work
Clean Whites, Knives and steel cap toe shoes.
