Role: Sous Chef
Location: Scunthorpe
Salary: Up to £36k + TRONC (£4k-£5k)
** Potential for a 4 / 4.5 Day Week **
We are recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to assist in leading this stunning high quality dining operation. With a fantastic reputation this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to join a well established venue and add creativity to the menus working with award winning chefs.
The role:
· To assist in leading this high-quality dining operation, opportunity to create dishes and develop the menu.
· Assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, supporting in all areas including staff training, orders and stock control.
· Ensure high standards of cleanliness and H&S procedures are set and adhered to.
The desirable candidate:
· You will be an experienced sous chef or very strong junior sous ready for your next challenge
· Have experience working in rosette kitchens.
· Have a calm and controlled management style with the ability to train, motivate and inspire a small team.
· Credentials in Health & Safety training and hygiene standards
· We are looking for a down to earth individual who naturally works with integrity, authenticity and respect.
