Lytham House is looking for a driven, creative & passionate Sous Chefto join our team!
Rate of Pay
- £28,000 - £30,000 + 10% bonus salaried – experience & role dependant.
- Option for 4 day working week available (business permitting).
- Pay is processed on the last Friday of every month (salaried).

Rota Schedule
Shift patterns are flexible around venue opening times & demands.
To improve work-life balance, a flexible 4 to 5 day working week has been introduced and is available to suit the needs of each individual, wherever possible.
Ideal Candidate
Candidates applying for a Sous Chef role with us are encouraged to demonstrate the following criteria:
- Drive & passion - having a can do, will do & want to attitude is at the heart of our business. As our Head of Food says; “no passion, no point”.
- Our Sous Chefs are encouraged to challenge the norm & use their creativity & initiative to drive sales whilst building a venue that our team love to work in & our guests love to be in.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced food business.
- Capable of delivering 1500+ covers per week.
- Comfortable allowing your personality to shine working within a brigade of 15 chefs.
- Experience of working in a similar role with proven results – Senior Chef De Partie / Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef
- Passion for excellence & quality.
- Achieving & maintaining a 5-star EHO rating.
- Passion for fresh food.
- Delivering high quality dishes following specifications, whilst working under the Head Chef to deliver great guest experiences.
