Sous Chef ( 32k )We are looking for someone to help manage our kitchen. Passionate about home cooked country pub food. Approximately 90 cover dining area serving food 7 days a week.Duties- manage the hygiene and standards of a country kitchen- with the Head Chef and GM develop the menu and specials board- drive food sales with offers and theme evenings- negotiate with local suppliers to supply the pub and always ensure the quality of the product is kept at a high standard.- understand GP and dish specs- be good at working as a team or on their ownJob Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: From £32,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityExperience:Chef: 1 year (required)Work Location: On the roadReference ID: Birley Arms HEAD CHEF
