Enable is growing its Solutions Consulting team!
- Evaluating potential partners and helping them to evaluate Enable.
- Designing integrations for selected partners.
- Providing technical training to selected partners.
- Leading conversations with prospects on data and integration.
- Working collaboratively to design solutions to the most challenging problems our prospects present.
- Providing technical training to Solutions Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Work with our Customer Success Operations and Product Management teams to develop and maintain your knowledge of our integration capability, including our Data Integration & Cleansing and Advanced Reporting product SKUs.
- Lead for the Revenue team on data and integration, proposing solutions to both potential partners and potential customers.
- Design solutions to non-standard problems, in collaboration with a Solutions Consultant.
- Respond to technical queries from potential partners and customers.
- Support the wider Solutions Consulting team on advanced data topics.
- Contribute to internal training materials on a range of technical topics.
- Analyse trends to produce technical recommendations for the Engineering and Product Management teams.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a technical role within SaaS, with an emphasis on data and integration and a customer facing element.
- Knowledge of some of the tools that we typically need to integrate Enable with, such as ERP systems, finance applications, MDM tools, BI tools or ETL tools.
- Willingness to develop a deep knowledge of some of these tools, and the Enable platform.
- Desire and ability to solve problems pragmatically.
- Ability to break down and explain complex concepts.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and deliver to deadlines.
- Willingness to work independently or collaboratively.
- Willingness to take ownership, manage, and iterate on key initiatives within the team.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
