Sales Representative – Renewable Energy
- Achievable OTE £40k+
- Incoming leads sales from large existing funnel
- No lead generation or outbound sales required
- Representing an established renewable energy company, with over 12+ years trading in the South West
Mole Energy is a thriving Solar PV and battery storage installation business based near Totnes Devon and partnered with Mole Valley Farmers. We install solar panels and battery storage for businesses and homeowners across the Southwest, working hard to help save the planet! Our core values are rooted in honesty and integrity.
We are looking for a Solar PV Sales Consultant to join our friendly, hardworking team. Experience with Solar is not essential as we will provide training.
The successful candidate will join our existing team to manage our strong funnel of incoming leads, the role does not require any outbound sales or lead generation.
The role requirements:
- Handling incoming leads for solar and battery storage
- Advising customers on the phone
- Completing a desktop survey ahead of in person survey (competed by surveyor)
- Generating bespoke solar and battery storage quotes using Salesforce CRM
- Liaise with operations teams regarding quotation and customer information to facilitate a smooth delivery of installation
- Working to quarterly sales targets to meet business and team targets
You will be based in our busy office with support from our existing sales team and our technical/operations team.
Basic Salary £20k per year with genuine OTE of £40k+ per year, or more if you're the ambitious type! This will be reviewed and increased based on your success in the role.

The ideal candidate will be confident and self managing with experience of dealing with customers, and an organised approach to dealing with multiple clients
