We are looking for someone with the ability and desire to do a good job, providing a first-rate service as a Customer Service & System Support Analyst, supporting clients and users of their systems.

** Ability to ask questions, listen and diagnose issues
** Ability to understand problems and troubleshoot
** Able to work with Database systems as a superuser and Systems admin
