WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this role you will be supporting the operation teams who use the Verint Operations Manager (formally known as Work Manager) software. This involves carrying out essential daily system maintenance, enhancing functionality and providing guidance to the many business areas who use Operations Manager software.

Supporting the incident process from initially accessing the reported incident through to resolution.
Continuing to keep the systems updated and reflecting the constant change within operational areas.
Taking full ownership of a change related to one or more key products.
Discussing functional and technical solutions with the different stakeholders in the business.
Providing post release support for end users.
Keeping solutions delivered running healthy in production.
What you’ll bring.
Strong SQL query building skills
Experience using SQL Server
Visual Studio SSIS Automation
Microsoft SSRS Report Builder
It would also be nice for you to have.
Knowledge of Verint Operations Manager (previously known as Work Manager)
Good Excel knowledge
Understanding of VBA
What else you need to know.
This is a full time, permanent role in a team which is currently split across the Teesside & Bradford sites although the right candidate from another site would also be considered. It will be a hybrid working role between office and home. In order to support our end users, hours of working will be 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. We value up-skilling the entire team so we are seeking candidates who will contribute to the continuous improvement of our team, both through teaching and through learning.
