Managing complex task end to end from development to release to final customers
Delivering technical solutions to help our customer and business grow
Reporting to a manager within Innovation area
Providing the best solutions, participating in the decisions about our stack and architecture
Ensuring that our releases are delivered with high quality outputs to our customers
Analysing equirements to understand our customer needs
What you’ll bring.
Excellent working knowledge of Spring Boot platform and spring cloud.
Experience with API development (REST)
Knowledge of continuous Integration and continuous delivery using Maven, Jenkins and the Nexus repository manager
Knowledge of Docker, Git, GitHub, Openshift and MicroServices Architecture.
Understanding of core AWS services, uses, and basic AWS architecture best practices
Experience with Spring modules and ORM Tools such as Hibernate
It would also be nice for you to have.
Excellent working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience of using agile methodologies and TDD (test-driven development).
Experience with any of the JavaScript libraries ( JQuery, AngularJS)
Understanding of the AWS shared responsibility model
What else you need to know.
The role is a full time, permanent position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The role involves working 2 days a week from our office in Milton Keynes and rest of the week can be worked remotely.

Competitive salary
Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus
We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer
30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
£6,000 car allowance per year
