Role Responsibilities
Due to continued growth, MHR are looking for .NET Developers to provide high quality, innovative and effective .NET software solutions and support service to the business. Working in agile teams developing our People First HR, Payroll and Talent System.
- Work as part of an Agile team, developing high quality software, meeting the business requirements and satisfying quality, performance, and security requirements.
- Provide formal and qualified estimated of development effort.
- Use specific design, analysis and language capabilities to provide required functionality in accordance with agreed timescales and to the prevailing standards.
- Contribute to requirement and design reviews.
- Produce and execute product test plans to assure the quality of your own work prior to independent testing.
- Participate in quality assurance work, as required, to ensure delivered products are fit for purpose.
- Ensure risks and concerns are escalated to your Software Delivery Lead.
- Attend and contribute to meetings with customers, suppliers or internal ambassadors where appropriate.

Salary: Up to £60,000.00 per year
