You will be a member of the Human Capital Management (HCM) Crew. Together with your colleagues you will be focusing on providing HCM platform services to end users and multiple client journey products on the core Oracle SAAS HR application

We’re looking for a Snr Software Engineer to:
- lead development teams across POD and XCrew dependencies for HRI Fusion
- design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
- apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment
- ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
- build observability into our solutions to monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
- continuously up-skill, learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
Your team
You’ll be working in an agile and autonomous team in the Chief Digital and Information Office (CDIO) HR team in London, with the option to work from home for up to two days

Your expertise
You have:
A certification in Oracle HCM Cloud, either Specialist or Implementor level from Oracle University is beneficial
You hold a relevant bachelor degree or equivalent certification and work experience. You are a strong communicator, fluent in English, from making presentations to technical writing
- proven expertise in both Oracle HCM Fusion and PeopleSoft - including proven conversion and implementation experience – for like size organizations
- a proven track record of leading and managing large technology teams
- high proficiency and techno functional experience in Oracle HCM in any of the following modules: Global HR / Talent and Performance Management/ Time & Labor / Absence Management and deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Architecture and how HCM Cloud integrates with other applications
- a proven track of work experience in cloud deployments (MS Azure preferred) in an agile SDLC environment, leveraging modern programming languages, DevOps, SQL and noSQL databases, and test-driven development
