Location: London, Newbury, Stoke, or Glasgow HQ + *Blended home working
Salary: Competitive + Vodafone Benefits
Working pattern: Term time: Working weeks = 41.6 (i.e. 41 weeks and 3 days) with Annual leave = 168 hours (approx. 22.4 days). Non-working weeks = 10.4 (i.e. 10 weeks and 2 days) to be taken during school holidays.

What will you be doing?


  • You will support timely delivery of technical solutions with exemplary written, well tested code
  • You will advocate and advance modern, agile software development practices
  • You will be proposing and quantifying the importance of technical debt to senior management
  • You will have the ability to balance business deliverables and technical excellence in the work you and your team produce


Essential Skills


  • You will have experience in JavaScript, including asynchronous programming, pec closures, types, and ES6
  • You will have commercial experience with React and Node.js
  • You will have demonstrable experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
  • You will have experience with Git or other source control systems
  • You will have working knowledge of how to utilise manual and automated testing
