What do we do?
We develop and deliver route optimisation and electronic proof of delivery technology to the logistics and construction sectors. We have some huge clients, and some tiny ones, with a range of software solution needs and we are growing fast so now is a great time to join our team.
As a PODFather software engineer you can rest assured that we’ll do all we can to make your role easier. We are committed to using CI/CD pipelines to automate code deployment, catch errors through static analysis and to automatically run test suites. Our set up complements our Agile processes by allowing rapid feedback cycles. Plus, we throw in your choice of operating system (W10, Mac, Ubuntu) and tech, allowing you to do your job to the best of your abilities with the right kit.
Where do you fit in?
You would be joining our cross-functional Agile development teams to collaborate on full-stack PHP Symfony and iOS/Android apps to enhance and develop our software products in what is big business benefits for a rapidly growing client list.

We have a variety of Software Engineering roles at various levels. If you have some or all the skills, we would love to hear from you:
- Understanding of OO design patterns
- Strong PHP skills
- Debugging
- Solid Unit Testing
- API Integration Knowledge
- JS, Linux, and SQL experience
- Mentoring and supporting Junior Engineers as appropriate

Salary £27,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
30 days holiday a year + 1 extra day for every year worked with us (up to 10 years)
