Job Title: C++ Application Engineer
Location: Birmingham, UK - On-Site
Salary: Up to £80k DOE.

Digital Waffle is working with a leading provider of cutting-edge technology solutions in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining software applications using C++ programming language. You will work closely with our team of developers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure the successful delivery of our products.

• Develop, design, and maintain software applications using C++
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the software development process
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the applications

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in C++ with experience in object-oriented programming
• Experience with Yocto
• Strong experience with Embedded Linux.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
