Job Description:
We are currently seeking for a competent individual to fulfill the role of IT Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibility:
- To install, configure, and integrate of AQA Synthetic Monitoring (STM)with SPLUNK, Dynatrace, ServiceNowand any of the Monitoring Tools.
- To collect requirements from internal and external bank clients' stakeholders.
- To build and deploy the Monitoring tools and Testing before the acceptance by clients
- To do the regular hours as well as after hours & weekend support by rotation
Must have:
- 2+ years of working experience
- Java, JS, HTTP, Git knowledge
- Database experience (PostgresSQL preferred)
- Linux (Bash) basic knowledge and commands
- Windows (Powershell) knowledge and commands
- Strong problem solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly.
- Strong communication skills.
- Responsible, especially to clients’ requirements and team instructions
- Able to work overtime and take pager phones.
Nice to have:
- VMware & Hypver-V knowledge
- Selenium
- Experience with API testing and Automation testing will be an asset.
- Splunk & Dynatrace knowledge
- AWS knowledge
- QA working experience is preferred
- Mandarin/English is preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineer related field required
