We at Reqiva are partnered with a leading technology company based in the Maidenhead area, who have some exciting plans for the next 12 months. They are currently looking to add a Test Manager to the team.

You will work within the development team to add new products to the Business Intelligence platform, ensuring the platform works smoothly for their customers. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a successful team that offer support all round to achieve results.

This position will be a fully remote opportunity, with the option to attend the head office.

Key Responsibilities for this role are:

• You will have a great can do attitude, that can fit straight into the team and work effectively on projects
• Understand the company’s core products and make sure your work aligns to them
• Work closely with the Engineering team to communicate problems, knowledge and best practices
• Support with testing efforts throughout the product journey
• A great attitude towards mentoring junior members of the team

Experience in the following areas:

• Experience with Manual & Automation Testing
• The ideal candidate will have experience with Cypress, JavaScript, C# or PowerShell environment
• Experience with automating tests, builds and deployment
• Must have experience with mentoring and management
• You must be a hands on Tester for this role
• Minimum 7 years experience

Key Benefits:

• Salary up to £75,000 per year
• 10% bonus
• 10% pension contribution
