The IT Application Software Test Lead for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing, defining, reviewing, and ensuring the proper execution of test scripts for IT projects, business initiatives and/or operational support. The test lead provides regression, integrated, performance and automated functional testing support for multiple platforms. The test lead certifies that project testing is complete, meets users' requirements and compliant to internal, external standards/regulations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Interact with end users/testers/managers to provide functional testing support.
Utilize testing concepts, verification/validation techniques and defect management processes.
Lead and facilitate testing daily management meetings to support projects testing activities.
Provide guidance, training, solutions, and testing support as required.
Collaborate with other functional areas (i.e., Quality, SOx, Audit) to ensure quality compliance.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in field with 5 + years of experience, OR Master's degree in field with 3 years of experience, OR Doctoral degree in field with 0+ years of experience
Experience as implementer or functional support resource
Working knowledge of testing concepts, verification and validation techniques, defect management, quantitative methods, risk management and measurement programs.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Test Management Foundational Certification (ISTQB or other)

The salary range for this role is $82k to $95k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
