Basic Function
The primary function of this role is to help implement the Sustainability L&D processes to support LyondellBasell globally. Sustainability L&D solutions include learning for everyone, functional learning and learning for leaders, at all levels. The Sustainability L&D Content Development Lead executes the L&D process by performing the following: needs analysis, development and curation of content, assist with selecting solutions that ensure scalability and discoverability, integrate Sustainability content into existing programs and evaluation and impact measurement. The role is based in Houston and reports to the Sustainability L&D Program Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to define Sustainability L&D business needs
- Collaborate with other departments to assist in capturing, organizing and disseminating knowledge critical to Sustainability Strategy success
- Assist in defining, developing and implementing scalable and discoverable Sustainability L&D solutions that range from performance support tools (e.g. knowledge platform) to off-the job learning (e.g. e-learning)
- Assist with implementing externally purchased L&D solutions
- Curate knowledge and content to ensure relevancy
- Gather data to measure and report usage and impact of L&D investments
- Network with internal training groups to ensure integration of Sustainability L&D into existing programs
- Safeguard a steady stream of marketing and communications messaging to ensure Sustainability L&D program awareness and promote usage
Min. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skilled at writing and designing learning content
- Demonstrated experience in developing L&D solutions using the 70:20:10 model for learning
- Demonstrated experience in data gathering, impact measurement and reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders
- Experience with educational and knowledge management tools
- Able to prioritize, manage different projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, preferably SuccessFactors LMS, Articulate Rise and PowerBI
- Required languages: English
