Job description
Main focus of this role would be developing software based on defined Requirements and SW design/architecture using C on Linux/QNX environment
Key responsibilities
Embedded based development on Linux / QNX environment Troubleshooting embedded systems and diagnosing errors Liaising with design and engineering teams Unit testing the code developed Code reviews with peers Static/Dynamic code analysis (valgrind) CPU/Memory optimisation
Key Skills/Knowledge: Mandatory: - Automotive domain experience (Infotainment / Telematics) - C based Development Experience on Linux/QNX environment - SW Design experience -Experience in Service oriented architecture (SOA) -Knowledge on SPI/I2C protocols -Strong analytical and problem solving skills -Good diagnostic skills
Desirable: - Client/server architecture - Experience with SOME/IP based communication - Experience with source code management and version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab) -Knowledge/Experience in implementing Cyber security standards
Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: From £450.00 per day
