Job description
About AppLearn
AppLearn are a digital adoption platform (DAP) vendor. We’re headquartered in Manchester, UK and are growing rapidly, with offices and employees located across the world.
After seeing countless issues with uptake and productivity across enterprise software, AppLearn was founded on the back of a question: “What if businesses could ensure their people got the most out of software?”
Since 2011, we’ve been building on this idea as pioneers in the DAP space. As a result, our in-app support and user analytics are now proven to make software work easier to complete, analyze and optimize.
Market-leading organizations in 100+ countries work with us to ensure application support across more than 2,000,000 users. We’re also backed by K1 Investment Management, Silicon Valley Bank and NPIF – Maven.
Adopt, our digital adoption platform, is a cloud-based solution that enables business to increase application utilization, drive employee engagement and deliver software success.
This is achieved through in-app guidance, support, and relevant content displayed in the flow of work. In addition, detailed analytics allow organizations to monitor application usage and optimize work flows through identifying sticking points within processes.
