Job description
Fantastic Funhouse is Shropshire's largest and most fun filled indoor soft play park with an amazing indoor football pitch and garage go kart track. We have attractions for all ages including a delightful café with extensive family friendly menu and coffee shop. Trampolines, go-karts, disco rooms, toddler area, slides, ball pits, climbing wall, football/basketball pitch and playstation centre. We are customer-centric, creative and fast-paced.
We're seeking someone charismatic and efficient to support our team as a Soft Play Assistant during our Holiday Club this summer. You will be joining a friendly and motivated team of staff who have a common goal to create a welcoming and fun and hard-working environment for all who come to visit.
This is a temporary contract covering the 6 week summer holidays with the possibility of contract extension.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all children and parents have a great experience in the soft play area by providing exceptional customer service.
- Creating a welcoming environment, and maintaining high standards of play, while promoting a happy and safe atmosphere.
- Interacting and playing with children aged 0 - 9 years, helping deliver birthday parties and other seasonal events.
- Helping to maintain very high standards of cleanliness throughout the soft play area.

- Provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills.
- Work well with others and interact in a positive and helpful manner.
- Always maintain a positive attitude and proactively resolve any issues that might come up.
- Stay focused and alert to respond quickly to all situations.
