About You
We are looking to recruit Level 1 Social Workers into our Children’s Services teams. With opportunities across different services, you will manage caseloads whilst supported by a Team Manager.
As a Social Worker in North East Lincolnshire’s Children’s Services, you will work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality social work practice; ensuring the children’s service listens to the families and enables them to be involved in the decisions that affect their lives.

The role requires a recognised social work qualification and successful completion of ASYE (Assessed & Supported Year in Employment).

We have made a commitment to using the Signs of Safety practice model and are currently working on embedding Signs of Safety practice across the service and partner workforce.

You will be joining a dynamic and supportive service with fantastic training and career development opportunities where you will be supported by Team Managers and a committed Leadership team.   • You have a recognised professional Social Work Qualification (MA/BA/BSC in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or CQSW) and are registered as a social worker with Social Work England.
  • You have successfully completed the ASYE programme or have equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
  • You have knowledge of statutory and regulatory frameworks relevant to children’s care services and can demonstrate you understand the requirements of the Knowledge and Skills Framework for Child and Family Social Work
  • You can manage, with support, a caseload using your own discretion and initiative and are able to analyse information and make sound, rational and proportional decisions based on this information
