We are a small Family run Company providing support for Vulnerable Adults, young people and children. Our Service Users have a range of needs and disabilities such as Autism, Learning Disabilities, Dementia, Chronic Health conditions, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol dependencies.
We are looking for motivated Health and Social Care Practitioners to join our team supporting Vulnerable Adults within their home and the community on a 1 to 1 basis.
Main Duties include: Prompting with some Personal Care and Dressing, Meal Preparation, Supporting with social activities and exercise, Record Keeping, Encouraging and promoting self help skills, Building and maintaining current skills,

Ability to work alone and use own initiative
Good time management
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Affective Communicator
Good at maintaining and setting working relationships and boundaries
A good sense of humour
For this role you will need to demonstrate good understanding of the role. Qualification in Level 2 in Health and Social Care or a valid Care Certificate is desirable but not essential as full training provided. Must be a car driver or have access to reliable transport.
