We are well known Healthcare group with reliable, dedicated, and professional staff within our services already! We care for adults aged 19 - 60 who have learning difficulties and Mental Health issues. At Rehability UK, we are offering permanent positions with guaranteed hours and flexible shift patterns, as well as Bank Worker contracts.
Rehability UK specializes in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health) to live their best possible life. We never stop striving to provide friendly, professional, and inspirational services that we’d want to experience ourselves!! Our Supported Living Service is 34 bedded unit with self-contained flats. Location provides support to adults with mental health issues, assisting them to live life they want in their own environment. You will work closely with Service Manager to ensure that people we support are at the centre of what we do. People we support in Watford are very independent, who very often only need assistance of our support staff and team leaders to enable them to return to their lives. Our clients have Learning difficulties and will require assistance in personal care and completing their daily tasks as well as all activities planned for the day. We encourage people we support at the service to go out to community, cinema, theatre or wherever they wish to be. The aim is to support our clients to continue developing their key skill, being independent and active in making decisions while living in our homes.
THE ROLE
This role include support with day-to-day tasks in the home and in the community - it may be supporting our residents going out in the morning and taking them to an activity in the afternoon. Assisting them to get ready in the morning, helping with shopping, cooking, or cleaning.

You will be required to work weekends and evenings
