Position: Support Worker
Salary: £10.72 - £11.02 per hour
Service: Beech Court, Southampton

About Your Role
Beech Court is a homely residential service close to Ashurst, near Southampton comprising of six self-contained flats supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues and complex needs.
- We place great importance on helping people learn new skills by encouraging them to take an active interest in the running of the home with their own areas of responsibility.
- You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out.
- You’ll develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties.
- You’ll provide help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.

- If you are successful we’ll go through an Onboarding Process obtaining a Free DBS Check and References.
- You’ll then start with our 3-day online induction with our dedicted Learning & Development team prior to returning to the service to continue your growing career at Consensus.
