Avon Support provides support workers to provide social care and support to people in our day centre, the community, and their own home.
No two days are the same, we organise various trips out and often attend concerts, bowling, have meals out as well as lots more!! All out trips are suggested and decided by the people who use our service. You will be supporting people to develop their life skills and independence, encourage learning and developing skills that are fun and engaging too! Experience is desired however not essential.
Support workers are a valuable part of our team, providing care and support to the fantastic people that we care for.
As a Support worker you will be part of a special team caring for people and helping them to live the best life possible in the community and their own homes.
When you join us as a Support Worker you are making a difference every day by supporting the people we care for.
You may not have all of the experience we are looking for and that is okay as we will give you the best training you can receive to become a professional Support Worker.
