Job Title: Senior Healthcare Assistant
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to patients. You will also supervise and mentor other healthcare assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Provide medicatoin to the patients.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, medication administration, and daily activities.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns.
- Mentor and supervise other healthcare assistants, offering guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Continuously enhance your skills through training and professional development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant.
- Relevant certification or qualification in healthcare assistance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems and basic computer skills.
Note: Right to Work in the UK is a must. Medication Administration Training Certificate is necessary.

Salary: £11.50-£13.50 per hour

- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
