Job description

Job Title: Senior Healthcare Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to patients. You will also supervise and mentor other healthcare assistants.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
  • Provide medicatoin to the patients.
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, medication administration, and daily activities.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns.
  • Mentor and supervise other healthcare assistants, offering guidance and support.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols.
  • Continuously enhance your skills through training and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant.
  • Relevant certification or qualification in healthcare assistance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide compassionate care and support.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems and basic computer skills.

Note: Right to Work in the UK is a must. Medication Administration Training Certificate is necessary.
