Requirements of the Social Worker: Degree or equivalent in social work Current Social Work England registration Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK Good knowledge of Continuing Healthcare guidance Good knowledge of Community Deprivation of Liberty applications/reviews Good knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, Care Act and Safeguarding principles.
