Job description
Come and join us for an adventure! We are looking for a person with a great attitude, aptitude for social media and looking for something different out of life.
We’re running an independent social media agency from our boat, currently in East Africa. We’re looking for someone with a passion for creating content and utilising social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook to join us on board to work with us.
Your role will be working on helping clients across a number of industries with their social media presence.
We are anything but ordinary so the applicant needs to know how to write personal and more importantly, edgy messages that not only engage the public but also reflect the values of the various brands we represent. You’ll also help us come up with concepts for videos, photoshoots and work with our team to create them.
Requirements
Self driven
Organised and responsible
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
A way with words
Confident using all forms of social media
You will complete a trial before you are offered the position but this is a tremendous opportunity for a fun job that you can really make your own. We’ll be working from the boat so expect beach time, swimming, snorkelling and paddle boarding.
We’ll be looking for someone for 2- 3 months initially with the option to extend or work remotely after the initial period.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications needed, just a good writing style and a willingness to succeed and win marketing awards.
